Hi, welcome to the Downtown, our beloved neighbourhood. We would like to invite you to a cosy flat that we renovated ourselves, putting a lot of heart into it. Hoża 19 is a great starting point for exploring the city, both on foot and by public transport. From the Central Railway Station you can get here in 10 minutes by direct bus, and to the Old Town in 15 minutes you can take a tram from the stop 250 m away. You can walk to the Centrum metro in 10 minutes and to the Lazienki Park in 20 m.

While designing the interior of our cosy accommodation, we tried to combine comfort with luxury. The bedroom has been separated from the living area, so up to 4 people can comfortably spend time here. The central location of this appartment is an excellent starting point for any excursions.

This studio is perfectly located by the Royal Route in walking distance to all major Warsaw's sightseeings such as the Royal Castle, Lazienki Park, the Old Town, Palace of Science and Culture. Chopin Museum and Chopin University organizing free concerts is just on the corner. Very pleasant and safe neighborhood with pubs and restaurants nearby. A direct bus connection from Chopin airport and Central railway station- bus 175.
