At approximately 5200 feet above sea level, the Lake Atitlan area enjoys year-round spring-like weather (70s to low 80s during the day and 60s at night). Although temperatures remain relatively constant throughout the year the weather is marked by two distinctive seasons: the rainy season (May to October) and the dry season (November to April). During the rainy season the mountains and volcanoes surrounding the lake are verdant green. The mornings are generally crystal clear, while the afternoons bring spectacular showers that are a sight to behold as they roll in over the lake. During the dry season it is rare to receive any precipitation at all. La Casa Colibri has five luxurious guest rooms each with en-suite bath. Four rooms have spacious balconies overlooking the lake. Two rooms have deep soak tubs with separate showers.

A beautiful villa on the shores of the lake, 3 minutes walk from the town. Incredible views of 6 volcanoes. Some exclusive and private amenities only for "Peace of Heaven", which include huge gardens, a large luscious garden, solar jacuzzi, a fireplace in the living room, temexcal, gazebo, barbecue grill, pantry, pizza oven, stone deck, bedding, and towels.The price is for 6 guests and extras are charged a fee. Escape to this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom villa, located on a secluded bay, just a short walk to San Marcos La Laguna. The 3 story home, with its private dock, was constructed in 2013 and offers breathtaking views from spacious galleries overlooking the lake. Casa Blanca, as referred to by locals, is accessible by road or boat and is conveniently located to all that Lake Atitlan has to offer. If you're looking to get away from it all, this is the place for you!

Exquisite home with pool on estate

Villa Eggedal is situated on the North shore of Lake Atitlan in the peaceful village of Santa Cruz. Ten acres of beautifully manicured gardens with pool overlook the lake and its surrounding volcanoes. The gardens make this a bird-watcher's paradise. There are 7 properties on this amble estate. The views are amazing but it does involve walking up numerous steps. If you are arriving after dark, please make sure to bring a torch with you. Only arrive by boat and not by car.

DISPONIBLE SEMANA SANTA ANTES DE ALQUILAR PREGUNTAR CONDICIONES. Casa Chinga Chinga se encuentra localizada en una Bahía llena de vida (puede haber ruido) en el Lago más lindo del mundo según National Geografic. El terreno está rodeado de áreas verdes y queda muy cerca de varios pueblos. A la casa puede llegar en carro y desde ahí se puede ir en lancha a todos los pueblos que se encuentran en la orilla del lago.
