Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. 2bedroom house with a spacious yard and pool. 1.5 bathrooms with a large eat-in kitchen and porch to relax. Spacious bathtub, large dining table, and a comfy couch. NYC beaches are just 30 mins away plus over 15 beaches to choose from in the jersey shore area. The basement is the only restricted space. Other than that no parties, gatherings, or events are allowed on the property the house inside and out is for the guest's use only.
