Big villa with big space for a big group or friends that want to stay together but can have their own space too. The property got 3 different levels that can be opened up to one big house or closed to three different apartments. All three levels got a kitchen and cooking facilities, there is a pool and a Jacuzzi and a sundeck, a garden and braai facilities. You got magnificient views compared with a modern style and comfort. The house got a PV system which makes it load shedding free.

Beautiful, architect-designed home in the serene, exclusive and safe neighbourhood of Upper Brandwacht, located in the hills above Stellenbosch, around 5 minutes’ drive from the centre of town.
