We are less than a mile away from several parks and Sports Complexes and 20 min to Round Top Antique Fest and Washington on the Brazos.

BBQ on the outdoor propane grill and enjoy a campfire under the stars (bring your own firewood). 2 miles off highway. Pets OK with a $25 per pet fee. Up to three. Only 5 minutes from Rockdale where you can enjoy live local music and local restaurants! There is a queen bed in the main bedroom with a twin bunk bed in the upstairs bedroom. Walking trails available throughout the property to enjoy the tranquility! Perfect for a romantic getaway or quality family time!

Custom built tiny house perfect for romantic getaways, out of town relatives visiting family, and vacations! The house is located right off Highway 36, and is only 25 miles from College Station, 10 miles from Lake Somerville, 35 miles from Round Top and close to several local wineries. Plenty of room to park your boat after a day of fishing or water sports at Lake Somerville. This is a Tiny House but we remain Dog Friendly. We have a $50 per Dog fee per stay.
