Across the street is the stop for Island Explorer bus with free seasonal transportation to all over the island and Acadia National Park. The apartment rents Friday to Friday during July & August. There is one off street parking space allotted which is rare in downtown Bar Harbor. There is a shared laundry room and excellent wifi also. Especially during the winter months, you may want to include trip insurance.
