If you are looking for history, peace, nature and walking this is just a perfect place. Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

All'esterno c’é un barbecue, tavolo con sedie e le sdraio. Nelle vicinanze Pienza, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni, Montalcino e Bagni San Filippo. Per raggiungerci 1,5 km di strada sterrata!

Casa rurale toscana in Mascagni Farmhouse Pienza

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

La Piazzetta -Accogliente open space nel centro storico di Montepulciano

Versati un bicchiere di vino e accomodati di fianco al caminetto di questo open space dalla calda atmosfera tipicamente toscana: travi in legno, pavimento in cotto, pareti in pietra. Poi esci e ammira il magnifico panorama sulla Valdichiana. Pour yourself a glass of wine and sit next to the fireplace of this open space with a warm Tuscan atmosphere: wooden beams, terracotta floors, stone walls. Enjoy yourself and relax! Then go out and admire the magnificent view of the Valdichiana.

La Bandita dei Bovi

Il rustico si trova a 4 km da Castell'Azzara, immerso nel verde di un oliveta composta da 38 ulivi e alberi da frutto e circondato da terreni boschivi e pascoli di proprietà, si affaccia sulla valle offrendo una vista mozzafiato a 180° partendo a nord con la Fortezza di Radicofani fino a scendere verso ovest per perdersi all'orizzonte tra i Monti Sibillini. Distante 300 mt dalla strada provinciale è raggiungibile da una strada bianca.
