Dagos tabi kamo sa Tata Rock 4710! An enclave beside the Lola Sayong compound, the overall design of the house is inspired by Brutalism owing to the greyish-white sands of the coastline of Buenavista beach. Many of the items in this space were repurposed and reused from our grandparents' ancestral houses and our family home in Pinontingan. We also want to live sustainably so most furnishings were sourced from local artisans, secondhand marketplaces, surplus stores, and even junk shops.

Welcome to Xanders-1 Villa! Our place has three spacious airconditioned bedrooms wihich is great for families and friends on vacation. You'll love having your exclusive private hot spring pool and comfy bedrooms with attached bathrooms. The kitchen is open and easy to use, and there's a dining area with a garden view and view of Mount Bulusan. If you want more fun and entertainment, we also have a separate air-conditioned KTV room available for an extra 2000 pesos per day of stay.
