Come work or play here! My Place is near all. Only 20 min. from POP airport. Only 5 min drive to the best beach town. We are BeachFront with the best winds for kiting and all outdoor activities. Very clean and very well maintained unit, fast wifi ,restaurant right on premise, Pool, Family friendly & 24 hour security. Beautiful, peaceful and centrally-located place. Beautiful serene complex with gorgeous landscape and pool. Comfortable, well equipped 1-bedroom condo with full king bed, bath, wifi, ac, TV in living room & bedroom, kitchen, dining bar stools and separate dining area and balcony. This is a 6 min (450m) quiet walk to the main beach strip with all the restaurants. It's just far away to be quiet and just close enough for a quick walk to the center of town.
