Watch Penguins in the Garden of a Luxury Villa in Boulders

Dine al fresco on the covered deck and marvel at the incredible views over False Bay and an award-winning garden, in which 40 penguins live! This villa has been beautifully decorated by a top designer and all paintings are by the former resident artist. Enjoy the warmer clear water of the best secret beach below the house. House comes with full time staff. The most relaxing, safe and private holiday house. Ultra fast unlimited Wi-Fi and well kitted out with high quality everything - can stylishly host 16 for lunch. Cool in summer and warm in winter - it is the best place in the world! This is a very special holiday house indeed. It is blissfully quiet and private yet easily accessible. Great in winter too. One road back from the sea which is actually an advantage at Boulders Beach as it is hidden away from the many tourists. 100% 5-star reviews - a perfect Airbnb score. The view is unbelievable - bring your binoculars for whale and bird watching. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and so does the cottage. The large award-winning garden was planted by Kirstenbosch botanical gardens' landscapers 30 years ago. Around 40 penguins live in the garden, which makes it one of the only houses in Africa that can boast that! Lottings the marvellous house manager / keeper is always on hand to help with anything and everything. There is also a games room with a table tennis table. Whale Song is an entertainer's paradise, fully equipped with everything you could hope for and high-end kitchen equipment etc. It is also a modest distance (40km) from Cape Tow, so invite friends to join you for a day or a night. Good old Bose surround sound Hifi with an aux cable so you can play your own music easily. Very quiet - no sign of a neighbour or a tourist. Close proximity to hotspots on the peninsular, including top restaurants and wine estates. Also suitable for corporate strategy getaways, teambuilding, photo / video shoots and experiential showcase meals and events. The house is super safe. has non intrusive CCTV and as it is next to a naval base with armed guards at entry to base over the rd from the house. There are two good new bicycles for you to borrow, as well as a blow up boat and some snorkelling and other beach gear. You won't ever want to leave - this is paradise on earth and is the most relaxing holiday house around. Entire place is yours. Access from the main rd and also a pedestrian gate with a code to Gay rd below. I'm always available to give advice or help with anything at all. Whale Song is a villa in Simon’s Town, a historic and increasingly trendy town. It has lovely restaurants, antique shops, and a great yacht club. Cape Point, endless hiking trails, SCUBA diving and swimming beaches are very close by. Rent kayaks and SUPs and enjoy the clear water and its rich marine life. Or just take it easy and relax before the wonderful view and many birds in the garden. The large patio is sheltered from the wind and is the best venue for hosting long sun drenched lunches! A car is handy but the house is serviced by main bus routes and is a 20 minute walk from the train station - it is then one hour by train (half of it along the coast) to the centre of Cape Town. The house is called Whale Song but it just as well might be named Penguin Song - we love the sound of the birds but be prepared to hear then chattering away till 10 at night and again from 7 in the morning in the garden!

You will have to climb steps. As a designated SUPERHOST I am here to help as needed. I give my guests the privacy they require but am available via WatsApp or text message. If you need me, I am just a message or phone call away! The home is in Clifton, an exclusive residential suburb of Cape Town that showcases 4 immaculate beaches. The V&A Waterfront is a great day out for shopping, visiting the Two Oceans Aquarium, and taking Robben Island boat trips. If you are getting around - there is a very reliable bus transport system called MyCiTi. It’s safe & reliable. Also open-top Sightseeing buses are a great way to see the City and surrounds. But mostly visitors and locals use Uber - its quick, fast & cheap. The 2nd & 3rd Bedrooms don't have TV's. PLEASE NOTE: The home is situated on Clifton Steps street which is a flight of steps from the road, up or down, to the home depending on which way you arrive from. So you will have to climb steps. There is no private parking.

Beach House with Jacuzzi Overlooking the Ocean

This self-catering, beach facing home is spread over two stories and 185 square meters. The home is equipped with a beautiful covered deck with uninterrupted views of the crystal blue waters of False Bay. Amenities include on-site laundry facilities with a washing machine, air-conditioning in every bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer. Guests have full run of the entire property. I love entertaining and sharing my home. I will ensure that there is someone to welcome you and answer any questions you may have. This will either be me or my son Troy. We're only a SMS or (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) away and will respond promptly to any questions you may have. Gordons Bay is a picturesque seaside village situated between beautiful mountain ranges and the famous False Bay coast. There are many excellent restaurants and pubs. It's an easy drive to Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Paarl, and the Cape Winelands. Daily maid service is provided every 2nd day of your stay (excludes Sunday and public holidays).

Gaze Across the Atlantic from a Glass-Walled Haven

Both bedrooms lead to balconies, the views are spectacular. We are connected to a 24 hour security service that will escort you into the apartment if you are coming home late or alone. The whole apartment is available. Open plan lounge dining kitchen and two en-suite bathrooms, entry area and deck. I am an artist, so my studio (opposite to apartment entry) will be locked as I will use it as a storeroom. Located just a few kilometers west of Cape Town CBD, Fresnaye is one of the city's most affluent neighborhoods. The loft is just a short stroll from high-end Sea Point eateries. Head to Saunders’ Rock Tidal Pool on hot days for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately we only have street parking, but we are 100m from the MyCiti bus stop and we have found that most guests find using Uber, most convenient. If you prefer a personalized tour guide or shuttle service, we can organize that as well. Please note there will be extra outdoor furniture added to deck before your stay. There is air conditioning in all rooms

Eat a delicious barbecue on the spacious deck surrounded by tropical plants and views of the sea. This chic apartment has been elegantly furnished. Its open living area leads seamlessly into the garden through the French doors. The apartment has high speed internet wifi- 100mbps - Fibre - uncapped. The apartment is centrally located in Camps Bay , with sea views. It is newly renovated and tastefully decorated. Apartment has its own private entrance. Large deck to eat out on and enjoy the beautiful Camps bay evenings. There is also an outside Barbeque available. I am always available should my guests require any information or advise on Cape Town. The apartment is in Camps Bay, a beautiful beach suburb in Cape Town. As a backdrop it has the famous Table Mountain on one side and the stunning beach on the other. There are many top restaurants located on the beachfront strip. Modern public bus service runs regularly from Camps Bay to city center and waterfront shopping area
