Room Three features one queen bed with a small 3 piece bathroom that is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower. All of our rooms include a microwave, coffee maker & Bar Fridge, Air Conditioner, Electric Heat, TV with satellite service, Free Wi-Fi, Free Parking and free use of our picnic area with a fire pit that is located on the shores of the breathtaking Madawaska River. This room doesn’t face the water, but the waterfront is just a short walk away on the property.

Room Six features 2 double beds with a small 3 piece bathroom that is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower. All of our rooms include a microwave, coffee maker & Bar Fridge, Air Conditioner, Electric Heat, TV with satellite service, Free Wi-Fi, Free Parking and free use of our picnic area with a fire pit that is located on the shores of the breathtaking Madawaska River. This room doesn’t face the water, but the waterfront is just a short walk away on the property.

BELLWOOD INN ROOM 5

Room five is one of our newly renovated rooms. It’s comes complete with one luxury pillow top double bed and a private ensuite Jacuzzi bathtub/shower (please note that the tub shower faces into the bedroom while the toilet and sink are in there own room). It is also equipped with a flat screen TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, unlimited free Wi-Fi, country deck and picnic areas with BBQ and fire-pit. Breakfast is no longer included or available at the inn

DREAM CATCHER MOTEL ROOM 3

Room Three is over twice the size of our other rooms. It has a covered veranda on one end and a forest view and large patio on the other, 2 luxury pillow top double beds with a private 3-piece bathroom (the shower for this room is in the bathroom), a 42" flat screen TV with satellite service. This unit is the only unit we have that has a full kitchen including a full size fridge with freezer, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Rolling Rapids Motel Room 2

This waterfront unit features a private patio and was newly renovated in spring 2025! Room Two is a one-bedroom unit with a two double beds, an accessible 3-piece luxury bathroom, and a kitchen with a full-size fridge, stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, and air conditioning. Enjoy a TV with satellite service, free Wi-Fi, and complimentary use of the picnic area and fire pit by the beautiful Madawaska River.

EAST GATE MOTEL ROOM 9

Room Nine is newly renovated! It features 2 double beds, laminate and tile flooring and a private 3-piece bathroom that is equipped with a toilet, sink and barrier free luxury shower spa with body jets. This room also has heat, air conditioning and a flat Screen TV, microwave, coffee maker, fridge with freezer and a ceiling fan. A picnic area is located out back with a BBQ and fire pit!
