The Songbird | Waterfront Escape

Relaxing couples getaway in a coastal village, with 12 elevated acres with views of the river & lake, at Half-moon Bay, South Arm. Few minutes walk to the beach & fishing spots. Car recommended. The Bungalow has a queen bed, compact living space, kitchenette & ensuite. Glass doors to a timber deck, seating & BBQ. Parking for boat & car. The Bungalow is private & separate from the main house, situated at the end of a farm shed, 35min drive to airport & city. Pets request.

South Arm Waterfront Beach House, Beach Access

Located in peaceful South Arm, just 40 minutes from Hobart and 25 minutes from Hobart Airport, this relaxed family shack enjoys stunning views across the Derwent River to kunanyi / Mount Wellington. Sleeping up to seven guests, the home offers four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living, a games room with pool table and a large deck with BBQ. It’s an older, much loved shack with some wear, but warm, comfortable and beautifully positioned.

Blue at Clifton Beach

Blue is a contemporary bungalow 200m from Clifton Beach. On the deck of the bungalow is a 1.8m round timber hot tub that is always hot and your to use exclusively, great in summer or winter. Blue is one of three new bungalows on a 5 acre block. We live in one, rent another and short stay Blue. You share the site but will have privacy as you wish or say hi and have a chat. Clifton is a friendly end of the road beach community.

Aerie Retreat

AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.
