It offers handpainted shiplap ceilings, real antique cedar/stone walls, custom cabinetry, dimmable lights, full kitchen, easy access outlets and a private entrance from the side courtyard, a lovely place to sit and enjoy our incredible edible yard with berries, figs, fruit, herbs, &veggies growing.

The SoCo Cottage Collection 4 is a small cottage with a relaxing front porch, just off South Congress, about 3 miles South of downtown Austin. It is set up as a studio apartment with a Queen Bed, and a futon. The kitchen has a mid-sized fridge and non toxic cookware, and each of our cottages come with an Amazon Fire TV with Amazon Prime, High-Speed Wifi and a luggage storage shed. The Cottage can also be booked with sister cottages on the property if you require additional space. See you soon!

Less than 2 miles from St. Elmo Brewery, Austin Winery, and Still Whiskey and food trucks. 3 miles to South Congress! 12 min from the airport and 20 min to COTA. 7 min walk to 4911 Menchaca/Jones bus stop, Line 3.
