The Grain Store - Kangaroo Island Brewery Studio

The Grain Store is a boutique studio style unit located on the western end of the Kangaroo Island Brewery production shed. A one bedroom studio with a queen bed, kitchenette, and a weber q on the deck. We are completely off-grid! A comfy sofa bed and heater for those cold nights. Great panoramic views of Nepean Bay and MacGillivray Hills. Walk to the KIB cellar door in 30 seconds! Black Salt is a beautifully designed, newly built flat only three minutes walk to Goolwa Beach, Kuti Shack cafe, & the Surf Life Savers club. This fully self-contained holiday unit has a private courtyard & undercover parking. Complete with stone benches, polished concrete floors, & a luxurious bathroom that includes a washing machine, it makes the perfect get away. Full breakfast provisions for your first day & a bottle of wine upon arrival. Free WiFi and Netflix Check in 3pm, check out 11am

The little lodger: Cosy Room set in a lush garden

Coming up to the hills? Why not stay a night or two in the pretty hills town of Uraidla? This small self contained room has a double bed, kitchenete facilities, breakfast provided, a small bathroom, parking, private entrance and a small courtyard. Situated a pleasant 500m walk from the township, which boast the refurbished, quirky Uraidla Hotel, two coffee shops and the famed Aristologist and Lost in a Forrest eateries. The self contained room is set in a picturesque garden with lovely views.

The Writer's Studio, Barossa

Perfect for one or two people, The Writer's Studio is fully self-contained. It has a really comfortable and firm inflatable queen bed. Away from the main house, it opens out onto a small orchard. This is a quiet oasis you can enjoy in between exploring all the Barossa has to offer. It has dining and sitting areas as well as a reading nook in the loft. It has a sofa which can open out for a child if necessary. Or we can set up another inflatable bed in the loft, accessed by a loft ladder.

The Barn on Hereford

Featuring exposed beams, wood stove and leather couch. Upstairs a queen bed and daybed with a trundle. There is a brand new kitchen and a dining area, all within a 5 minute walk of Main Street with its abundance of restaurants and cafes. The wineries of the Adelaide Hills are just around the corner and McLaren Vale and the Barossa Valley are an easy drive . Great for solo travellers, couples and families with small children. You can walk to the Adelaide Hills Convention Centre too.

Self contained new studio apartment (cabin) located in Tulka, 8km south of Pt Lincoln. The cabin overlooks our pool area, with our house on one side and a native veg roadside on the other. It is private and has its own access. There is access to the seafront within metres and free use of kayaks is included. Located in a peaceful and naturally beautiful area, very close to national park, walking, beaches, fishing, mountain bike trials and many other tourist attractions.
