Evelyn is built from the ground up with 90% recycled, reused, scrounged and found materials, set in a secluded part of our property, next to majestic gum trees nestled amongst nature. A bird watchers paradise with 80 species spotted around the gardens, so bring your binoculars.

Sit by the wood combustion fire & warm your soul or lie in until lunchtime in soft linen sheets, listening to birdsong. Lost in the Vines is a very private space in the McLaren Vale wine district, surrounded by vines & views, with lots of great walks, wineries & restaurants nearby.
