This charming updated home features a furnished screened porch for bug-free relaxing and a backyard that's ideal for stargazing.

Boasting waterfront views and sitting on more than an acre of land, opportunities for recreation and relaxation abound. Enjoy the outdoor deck, fire up the grill, visit the beach or the farmers market, explore the area via kayak, stargaze—so much to do! Not to mention shopping, restaurants, and all that downtown Bath and midcoast Maine have to offer!

The 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bathroom with laundry apartment is located at: 19 POORHOUSE COVE ROAD in South Bristol, Maine 04568. The apartment has skylights in the living room and kitchen and is located on a private property as a stand alone guest house. Close to Christmas Cove, Wawenock public/private golf course and 15 miles from scenic Damariscotta and the Pemaquid peninsula with a public white sand beach. Our waterfront is Poorhouse Cove, an estuary off of the Gulf of Maine, Atlantic Ocean.

Relax in the hot tub or infrared sauna, grill on the deck, enjoy the backyard or visit downtown Hallowell and explore its restaurants, cafes, live music and antique shops. This home is also minutes away from several hiking and walking trails that can all be found in our guidebook.

Renovated home with amazing waterfront views

Welcome to Dancing Pines Cottage! We are located across from West Harbor Pond with beautiful water views in each room. Relax on the deck or bbq on the patio or take a short drive into charming Boothbay Harbor town for lobster rolls. We have three bedrooms and a den/office and 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. The house is private and has ample parking. One week rentals for June, July, and August (Saturday-Saturday). Starting January 2025 we will no longer allow pets.

Perched atop the Coast of the Atlantic Ocean

Enjoy sweeping vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from this 2002 home perched among spruce trees above the rocky coast. Watch for bald eagles and seals. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. Walk down to the edge of the ocean to lounge or picnic. The intrepid visitor can scramble along the shore. Walk 6 minutes or drive the 0.1 miles to the park entrance. Hike the Little River Trail. The house has vaulted ceilings, panoramic views, fully equipped kitchen, and whirlpool bath.

We love our little coastal house. It's in Boothbay Harbor within walking distance of Spruce Point and Downtown. The entire house is yours! 2 bedrooms, full bathroom, washer/dryer, a fully furnished living room, kitchen and dining room. Hardwood floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, small families and pets. NOTE: WE DO CHARGE $40 NON REFUNDABLE PET FEE PER PET DURING YOUR STAY.

Historic Maine Farmhouse - The Harding Farm

This colonial, country home is conveniently located between historic downtown Brunswick and Bath, with a 5-minute commute to Mid Coast Hospital, 15 minutes from Bowdoin College. Set on 26 acres of woods and meadows, there is plenty of room to roam or cozy up inside on a chilly, Maine evening. We would love to have you as our guests!
