Follow our boardwalk to The Pavilion which has another large table & chairs situated just above the water line in our backyard, it's a very relaxing spot for the morning cuppa or the afternoon glass or 2 while you watch the kids throw in a line

It's a 10-minute walk to Rick Stein’s famous Bannisters by the Sea restaurant/pool bar, and Mollymook Shopping Centre - with Bannisters Pavilion restaurant/rooftop bar, Gwylo Restaurant, Mint Pizza and BWS.

The property includes a heated swimming pool (in summer) with large deck, lawned areas and a tennis court. STRICTLY 8 PEOPLE MAXIMUM, NO PARTIES, BUCKS WEEKENDS OR FUNCTIONS.

The upstairs open planned kitchen/ dining/ sitting room is a very spacious room with 2 lounges and a dining room table for 10. A gas log fireplace overlooking the ocean is a perfect retreat for colder weather. Three large luxurious bedrooms, each with water views and ensuite make this a perfect retreat for 3 couples.

I am not able to welcome or host PETS as there is no fencing, with sensitive ocean reserve public land adjoining.
