A unique listed dwelling recently fully refurbished. Set in a large private garden with heated indoor/outdoor pool (open May-September inclusive; only). Off-road private car parking; 5 minutes drive to Redhill station and 30 mins train to central London. Gatwick is 15 mins drive as are the M25 and the local amenities of Redhill/Reigate. The traditional local village pub, The Queenshead, is 2 mins walk, ideal for dining and entertaining. Other pub/restaurants; 20 mins walk.

Pretty garden room in courtyard setting

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on some days of the week. Do enquire. NB: There may be some disturbance from building work in the adjoining annex, but this is very intermittent and much of the time there is no noise at all. You may, though, be unlucky!
