Welcome to Forest Retreat! We are nestled in the hills of Western New York, 23 miles to Chautauqua Lake and 14 miles to Lily Dale. This unique home is near several wedding venues and the Earl Cardot Overland Trail, which is surrounded by 2,300 acres of state forest. We are located between 2 local ski resorts, and only 87 miles south of Niagara Falls State park. Relax by the fire, kayak, or fish in the 2 acre pond and just enjoy the scenery. We do require a signed waiver to utilize the pond.

Share the peaceful beauty of our working family blueberry and flower farm with organic and sustainable practices. Located in East Otto, New York. During the blueberry season experience the joyful bustle of the pick-your-own blueberries and flowers, Mid-July - August. Private guest house attached to farmhouse. Enjoy our patio and spacious lawns plus in-ground pool. Walk along the blueberry bushes, farm roads and woodland trails. Guest space has a simple & natural aesthetic, a relaxing haven.

Come and enjoy WNY winter sports!! We are ideally located for skiing, tubing and boarding directly between Peek N Peek (43 miles) or Holiday Valley (40 miles). There are snowmobile trail heads 5 miles from our location. Be in the country yet just 5 minutes from 4 local wineries and 10 minutes from dining/shopping. Peaceful & quiet for relaxation. 😊Pets are permitted an additional cleaning fee is charged. “Must” notify us if planning on having a pet with you on your visit .

Cabin with great amenities in the forest. There’s a creek flowing and a lovely pond. 4 seat Hot tub! Satellite Tv, WiFi, full size fridge, microwave, apartment size oven/stove, wood stove (primary heat in colder months) and electric baseboard heat 2 double beds, bunk beds. wood stove in garage. Easy access to NY State Land Snowmobile trails! Great location for hunters,Snowmobilers, cross country skiers, hikers, kayakers and all outdoor enthusiasts! Near Cassadaga Lake.

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.

Forestville Studio Cabin (Rural Guest Home)

Reconnect with nature at our guest studio cabin on 5 acres, nestled beside a creek. Just 11 miles from Lake Erie and an hour from Niagara Falls. Only 528 yards to the snowmobile trail, 10 minutes to the Amish Trail, and 12 miles to Boutwell Hill State Forest. Enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, tubing, kayaking, skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, and exploring Amish country and local wineries. Located on a quiet dirt road, yet close to main travel routes.
