Three bedrooms, one with on-suite bathroom, in total sleeps 8 with two double beds, a queen bed, a double sleeper sofa bed and a set of bunk beds. 2 kitchens w/gas stoves, family room w/walk-out to patio & BBQ. Living and dining area with walk out deck. The shared beach is good for Swimming, canoeing, fishing in Butternut Bay. Watch cargo ships navigate the river.

The two level 1,800sf cottage has been carefully designed to integrate with nature with large floor-to-ceiling windows throughout. Come relax and recharge in nature. Plenty of activities to do: swim from the dock, canoe/kayak, fish, bike, golf, ski, explore the Gatineau Park, the Nordik Spa, etc. (CITQ#304057. Kick back and relax in this small cozy cabin located on Elm street just outside of Potsdam. The cabin is conveniently just minutes from Canton Potsdam Hospital, SUNY Potsdam, and Clarkson University. Sleeps up to 3 guests. There is a Queen size Sleep Number bed in the upstairs loft, and the sofa bed pulls out into a twin bed. Sip a cup of coffee and enjoy the views on the balcony. Grill some dinner outback on the patio. Enjoy the privacy of the entire cabin to yourself.
