There is Direct ATV access from this property on the Town of South Fork’s Trail System to the National Forest Roads. You DO NOT have to trailer your ATV’s from this property. There is room to park Trucks & Trailers as well. You can watch the ducks and geese float by on the river. There is public access to fish a couple hundred yards away and a public boat ramp. Tin Can Camp, hosted by San Luis Valley Great Outdoors, is an off grid camping cabin site with five tiny home style cabins for guests to use as their basecamp for outdoor recreation or a quiet place for some R&R. Trail access is available to Penitente Canyon directly from the cabins. **You will need to bring your own sleeping bag or bedding, flashlight, and WATER! **These cabins can be very difficult to find when it is dark out, so please do plan to arrive during daylight hours.
