You will be located 2 minutes from I-94 and within walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, pubs, bookstores, ice cream, and a beautiful park (15 minute walk, 5 minute bike ride). The home is located off a well-traveled two lane road that connects Kalamazoo and Portage. Large unfenced lot with fire pit. Please note we have 1 WINDOW air conditioner in the unit.

The Vault Loft: Downtown Otsego

Very unique apartment downtown Otsego, walkable to shops, restaurants and bars. Recently renovated, this space sits above the vault of a 1920's era bank with a rustic/industrial feel. Featuring rustic ceramic tile in the kitchen, bathroom and work area, bamboo floors in the living/bedroom, granite counters, tile backsplash, copper sinks, and tile shower with glass door. 65" smart flatscreen tv, electric fireplace, WIFI, Central Air/Heat, and built in butcher block desk.

"OTT"law Escape!

Bittersweet ski lodge is literally in the back yard. Less than a 1/4 mile to entrance. Kalamazoo River is across the street with a kayak/canoe launch just a 1/4 mile away. We have kayaks available to rent at a minimal cost and can provide drop off and pick up. There is a fire pit that can be used. There are 8 campsites on the property, 5 with 30 amp service and 3 with 20 amp that are available at additional costs. The Lynx golf course is about 5 miles away.

Everyman's House in Westnedge Hill

Located in Westnedge Hill right on the edge of downtown. Just 1.5 miles to the heart of downtown Kalamazoo. It's a 1926 Colonial with a rich history. Well taken care of and very loved. The house has 2 bedrooms up stairs and a 3rd on the main floor. Wood floors throughout. Has a semi private deck off the back for relaxing with a small fenced in back yard under a canopy of trees. Everyman's house has been declared a Historic Home in Kalamazoo.

Gull Lake Lang Family Lake House

Close to Kalamazoo, Battle Creek and Grand Rapids this four-bedroom with 2 full bathrooms home is directly on Gull Lake (not in the bay or channel) with 107'of lake frontage including a 30' sandy beach. August rentals Saturday to Saturday only. October through April. 30 nights minimum. October- May monthly rates available. Consumers Energy bill not included. All other utilities included with monthly rental.
