Waterfront Haven Apartment

Designed by 1 + 2 Architects and built by VOS our home won a HIA award in 2005. Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Recently our local renowned Interior Designer has visited the apartment . The result is spectacular and calming . Quality furniture is enhanced by soft furnishings from Adairs. Professionally laundered bed linen adds to the sense of luxury.

Rosny Studio Apartment

Cute and cosy Studio Apartment on the Rosny Waterfront. Clarence Foreshore walk and Bellerive Quay on your doorstep. Reserved off-street parking, key lock-box entry. Queen Bed, built-ins with storage/hanging space. Small Ensuite (shower and toilet), kitchenette with fridge, microwave and tea/coffee facilities. 8 minute drive to Hobart CBD and easy access to Metro Buses and Derwent Ferry. 15 minutes to Hobart International Airport. Basic provisions (milk, bread etc) and linen provided.

Beautiful Battery Point Weene Cottage

Luxury B&B accommodation in newly renovated 1890's cottage on the waterfront in historic Battery Point. 5 minutes walk to the heart of Battery Point and 10 minutes to Salamanca Place. Occupies an internal block with on-site off-street car parking. This re-built cottage was featured on Grand Designs Australia and can be viewed on their web page as the 'Battery Point Glass House'. Two en-suite bedrooms have hydronic wall heaters and the kitchen/living room has a gas fireplace and a river view.

This new home is nestled in the bush and has direct access to a secluded beach along a bush track (with steps), good mobility is essential. You'll enjoy the sound water lapping the shore and stunning water views right from your deck. This escape is fully furnished for your comfort, and amenities include a washer, dryer, TV and outdoor dining area to soak up the sun and sea breeze.

On the river at picturesque Rose Bay, "Marana" is a luxury home with an amazing view. Enjoy the vista of the Tasman Bridge & magnificent Mount Wellington. With 4 bedrooms, we do not allow guests on lounges or the floor. Maximum 8 guests. No parties & no functions. Requests to use the house for other purposes like weddings/photos etc must be approved prior to booking. With direct access to the river and no fencing, it’s unsuitable for pets or small children. AERIE retreat. A private designer apartment in the bush by the water. Walk down to the very private Wilderness Deck for exclusive use of the Timber Hot Tub, Sauna and fire pit. Access to the waterfront marine reserve is also exclusively available for our guests. A brilliant spot to stay summer or winter. Watch the winter full moon rise over the ocean from the hot tub and sauna.

Leafy City Fringe Escape

A tranquil home away from home, with beautiful bush views, a stream flowing past and a walking track just outside the gate. Only 2 .5kms from Hobart CBD and waterfront. Local eateries, general store, mountain walking trails and local attractions are an easy walk from the house. Self check in with a keysafe. Some narrow steps. No extra cleaning fee
