Welcome to our neat, spacious, ground-level, downstairs apartment! Garage access and parking for 4-5 cars! We are tucked away in the suburbs with a nice view of the Jordan Valley and Oquirrh mountains and yet close to EVERYTHING; 17min from downtown SLC, 20 min to Skiing, 15 min from “silicon slopes”. We live upstairs and have 4 little kids under the age of 10 so it may be a little…stompy. And screamy. And sound like a dump truck unloading potatoes upstairs, but only from 8-10am and 5-9pm😇

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

This home is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping but still in a quiet and quaint location. 5 minutes West of I-15, 35 mins to the ski resorts, 25 mins to SLC Airport, 20 mins to downtown, and 15 mins to Lehi! *We welcome Small Dog (sub35lb) $25/night.
