The Hollies is a large and charming 200-year-old farmhouse next door to the quiet village pub in South Kilworth. Located in the heart of England, just 3 miles from Junction 20 of the M1, South Kilworth is the perfect centre of England stop-off on any long journey between the south & north of England. Six huge double bedrooms, 4 of which are triples, one is a family room with a large double bed and a bunk bed for 2, and a standard double. So 12 beds and the ability to sleep a total of 18 people.

Ample off-road parking, a private entrance, full cooking facilities or a short stroll to the local pub. A quiet and comfortable haven, ideally placed a couple of miles from Magna Park, M1 or M6; ideal for holiday or work related stays in the area. The Barn is a not visible from the road which is particularly useful if you have a concern about vehicle security.

The Stable House, Park House 4 bedrooms

Park House is part of the west wing of The Stable House (our family home), a Victorian stable block built 1888, and converted into a family home in 1970. The house sits in 20 acres of garden, fields and woodland including a Victorian kitchen garden. It is completely self-contained and comprises 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 10; a large hallway, spacious kitchen, comfy sitting room and utility with separate toilet. It's very quiet with stunning views over the surrounding countryside.

A contemporary three bed three bath barn, featuring an open plan kitchen, living dining area. One bedroom is on the ground floor and the remaining bedrooms are on the first floor. Each bedroom has its own stylish en suite bathroom or shower room. Step into the garden and you will find a large enclosed grassed area, ideal for children and dogs to let off steam. There is a luxurious hot tub for your relaxation and a barbecue fire-pit for the chef to hone their skills!

Come and spend time in our beautiful Shepherd hut, where you can relax in the hot tub with our 3 lovely Alpacas or hang out with Piggy Pop and Stardust. Don't be put off by the weather; you can be wrapped in a blanket or toast marshmallows on the log fire, reading a book, or watching our indoor Cinema.
