Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Our beach cottage in the country is located on a dead end country road and looks out over a beautiful meadow, part of an abutting farm. It is within walking distance from the quaint New England main street of Wakefield where you will find many shops and restaurants. You are also within 10 minutes driving distance to many beautiful beaches, a short drive to Newport and a ferry ride to Block Island. You can have all kinds of seaside adventures while coming home to your quiet country cottage.

Pack your bags and come escape to the nicest beach in Rhode Island! East Matunuck State Beach is a short walk from this fully equipped cottage located in the center of everything. Go for a swim, kayak, paddle board ride or even quahog in the Salt Pond which is just a few steps away from your front door. Grab dinner directly across the street at Captain Jacks & the Matunuck Oyster Bar. Or setup your lawn games, relax with friends and family & fire up the BBQ. Family friendly vacation!

Great Island Water View Cottage

Our newly renovated cottage provides an ocean view! We’re located within minutes of 3 local beaches, and within walking distance of the Block Island Ferry! A washer/dryer, full kitchen, outdoor shower, wifi, and BBQ grill are all fully available to guests during their stay. This is our second home! We are confident that you’ll find the necessary amenities to stay comfortable! Although children are welcome, we would not recommend our cottage to a family with small children.

A cozy recently updated beach cottage across from Narrow River in the Middlebridge area of South Kingstown. You can watch the boats go by in summertime on the front porch. Nice quiet neighborhood, take the 3-minute walk to the neighborhood river access and launch the kayak and paddleboard available for our guests to use. Picturesque Narrow River divides Narragansett and South Kingstown. You can take a paddle about 2 miles to the mouth of the river at Narragansett beach.

Enjoy all South County has to offer in this charming, quaint cottage within walking distance to Scarborough State beach and short drive to other area beaches, restaurants and Narragansett Pier shopping. This 2 bed, 1 bath can sleep 5. Enjoy outdoor space including outdoor shower, private deck and yard. A short walk to Cumberland Farms for your morning coffee or bring your favorite K-cup to make it at home. All you need is your beach towel!

Quaint lakefront cottage in the woods just steps from Beach Pond. Peaceful view of the lake from the front porch. Includes use of our private sand beach, 10 person wood-fired sauna and abundant hiking trails in Pachaug and Arcadia Forests. Visit with our 6 horses, take a quiet kayak, or relax tired muscles in the sauna. Dock available.
