Self Contained EnSuite Double Room Free Parking

The property is an annexe to our house and has it's own separate entrance. Our house is situated next to a park and the side window from the bedroom overlooks the park. We have our own private driveway of 100 metres long from the street and off street parking is available. Very quiet green and leafy area and the house is well hidden away. Transport links are very good from our local station Tulse Hill about 7 minutes walk away.15 minutes to London Bridge or take a bus to Brixton underground.

The space has been designed to feel and function like a hotel room but with the convenience of a kitchen and a sunny south facing roof terrace.

This is a newly decorated area that can be accessed privately, situated on outskirts of London, close to Sutton and Carshalton Beeches main line stations. These provide quick access to London. Gatwick and Heathrow are easily accessible. The Royal Marsden Hospital is close by. Two minutes by car or bus at the top of the road that goes into the hospital grounds. St Antony's is about a 12min drive. There is one double bedroom with ensuite shower room, kitchen and lounge with TV /WIFI.

Your own wet room, and fully fitted small kitchen, with all you need if you want cook. Guests have their own studio space, with a 140 cm firm double bed, furniture for storing things in, and hanging space with hangers. A daybed sofa that’s a comfortable single bed for the third guest, chairs for hanging out, or eating around the dining table.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.

Garden Annex

Cosy annex to family home. I refurbished my home including building a new private garden suite. Private entrance leads to a bedroom and en-suite bathroom. French doors open out onto patio and garden. The is a mini fridge, nespresso coffee machine and kettle. Tea, coffee, milk, are provided free of charge Ask any questions, look forward to hosting guests Note there is no kitchen in the unit, it is a bedroom and bathroom.

The Mews Studio

We are only a very short walk (5 mins) from the main entrance of the All England Club (which can be seen from the property), the Wimbledon Club, Wimbledon Park and Wimbledon Common.
