Bright and private double room on ground floor, with Netflix. Safe driveway parking. The room has a separate entrance and a private ensuite bathroom, fridge, electric cooking hob and microwave. University, RBH and Reading town within a walking distance, TVP a short drive. There is no outside space, but a nice neighbourhood with shops, botanical gardens, and museums is within a short walk. If you need both beds, please note there'll be very little floor space left. Our quiet hours are 11pm-6am.

Dedicated work and fitness area with spinning bike, weights. Extra bed charged at £35.00, this is a foldout camp bed suitable for a child up to 12 years only. We require at least 24 hours notice for the extra bed.
