The unit is located on the ground floor which offers convenient access to pool area and assigned parking. Sleeping accommodations include a queen bed/ full bath in the master room, a queen bed in the guest bedroom with shared full bath. Maximum occupancy-5 persons. The SandBox Grotto

The Grotto is the downstairs half of a vintage beachside beachhouse owned by "the sandcastle lady" - sandy feet. With 1 bedroom and 2 full baths, it can accommodate up to 5 guests comfortably with full kitchen, spacious living area and enclosed patio/dog rest area. Fully equipped for your best pal with a large pet door and an even larger kennel. Beach toys, boogie boards — everything you need for your Padre vacation in one place. Let's build a sandcastle - that is what your hosts are famous for!

WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE? 2BR, 2 BATH. LARGER THAN MOST...SPREAD OUT 500 foot walk to one of the few SPI beach entrances with restrooms and showers. Ground floor adult living condo gets a person in the mood for salt life vacation without dragging luggage up and down stairs. Great dining with in one block walking distance e.g. Mexican food of Chilito Pikin. Craft beers from Padre Island Brewing company. Tom and Jerry's bar and grill. Josephine’s for Breakfast & Lunch, Whataburger for a quick bite.

This condo has a master bedroom with a queen bed, two bunk beds in the hall & queen sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with all appliances & cooking needs such as dishes, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, blender & toaster. Dining area sits 6. This unit is located on the ground floor which makes it very convenient to load/unload suitcases & groceries. Only a few steps to the beach. The best aspect of this condo is its location having a lots of amenities within walking distance.

The Happy Heron-Oceanfront

This beautifully designed 1 bed 1.5 bath condo with picturesque views-of the Ocean & soothing sounds of the waves create the perfect beachfront experience for a couples getaway or family of 4. You forget the adult only hot tub is a building amenity when you’re only 10 feet away. The fully stocked kitchen with bar seating for 6 is the perfect space to gather. The oversized (210 square foot) balcony is perfect to take a nap in our lounge chairs, watch the fireworks or dine al-fresco.

Relax with the whole family & friends at this peaceful, newly remodeled condo inside the Bahia Mar resort. This condo sleeps 8 comfortably and is conveniently located at the very center of the resort. This provides access to both heated and non heated pools, BBQ area, kids playground & tennis/padel courts, all within a minute walk. The beach is about a 1-2 minute walk. The distance is just enough to be away from the crowds and have a quiet, relaxing and private time on the balcony.

This 1-bedroom has a breathtaking view of the Mexican Gulf with the beach within steps away from the building's backdoor. It features a porcelain tile floor, modern-style furniture, GE appliances, granite countertops, and a 42" HD TV. Renters can enjoy a pool and hot tub. There are elevators in the building and laundry facilities right down the hallway. Four beds: 1 queen bed, a pull-out sofa bed (large twin sleeper), a pull-out single bed (from the loveseat), and a rollaway bed.

Your family will be in the heart of the entertainment district when you stay at this centrally-located condo. Local restaurants, bars, family friendly Gravity Park with golf carts, ferris wheel, reverse bungee and the year round sand castle display just steps out the front door! You are a half a block from the bay and a seven minute walk to beach access! You are in the center of it all! Dishwasher and washer and dryer in condo. Couch is a sleeper sofa.

Rest and Relaxation @ SPI (Updated)

The condo has been newly updated and is located near Clayton's Beach Bar and within walking distance to the beach. You can see the fireworks from the balcony, and the condo is directly located above the pool. A new air conditioning unit has been installed (10/2023) All bedrooms have a 50” smart TV available. Pets are not allowed, and the unit is non-smoking. Tenants who compromise the space will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
