Depending on the season, you may also enjoy weekend fireworks, food trucks, live entertainment, and amusement rides. Daily conveniences are effortless, with restaurants, bars, and a CVS all within walking distance. Inside, The Kent House offers an eclectic yet comfortable interior with two spacious living areas, each equipped with cable TV. This home features triple-sheeted bedding, a hotel-standard method used by five-star properties worldwide for enhanced comfort and hygiene. Guests may take advantage of the free Island Metro shuttle, operating daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., with stops throughout the island including beach accesses, restaurants, hotels, and attractions. Shuttles are ADA accessible, equipped with bicycle racks, and offer complimentary WiFi. City of South Padre Island permit number: 2023-1107 The driveway is designed for 2 vehicles - you could maybe squeeze in 3, bumper to bumper. There is to be absolutely NO parking on the lawn and NO overnight parking along the street. The city of South Padre takes this seriously and you'll be at risk of being towed.
