**Elevators are being repaired. If they aren't working for your stay, we will provide a 10% discount. 3rd floor. This beautiful 2bed/2bath condo is right across from the beach! Located on the waters of the Gulf of Mexico, it is fully equipped with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable- heated pool, docks to fish, grills, laundry on each floor, and spacious patio area. The grocery store (Publix) is a short walk and there are plenty of restaurants, bars, and water activities nearby!

Our condo has spectacular water views from the Bay to the Beach. We have a large one of a kind kitchen that is unique to our resort, with granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided along with basic spices and condiments, Coffee, creamer, and sugar. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and walk in closet with all beach gear also available for your use. We have 2 - 50" flat screen TV's with cable as well.

Cleverly designed with the bedroom behind sliding doors and an open concept living area with full size sofa bed and a modern equipped kitchen. Please note: some first-floor condos are still ongoing renovations within the community.

Renovated, romantic 1937 beach front cottage. Last of its kind in the quiet family setting of Indian Shores Florida, halfway between Clearwater Beach and Treasure Island/John's Pass. Truly an "Old Florida" experience with original pine floors, Florida room and covered porches, as well as updated kitchen and bathroom. This house, uniquely built near ground level, allows it to be waterfront on the beach while shaded by huge pine trees. You won't find a more tranquil setting on the beach.

Beachfront in Pass-A-Grille w/ 2 bikes & 1 board

Enjoy an intimate and relaxing stay on the best stretch of the St. Pete Beach of Pass-a-Grille. Walk out your door to the white sand towards the famous Don Cesar or dine on your deck facing the water. Free parking, 2 bikes, SUP board, towels, umbrella, beach chairs, & cooler! We are allowed 3 rentals under 28 yearly. Please inquire to see if you are one of the lucky guests to come. We love long term guests but understand not everyone can do this and simply need a little escape! 🤍

These upper-floor corner units have gorgeous views of the ocean, and each room has a window with beach views. After arriving in your open concept living area, you will access your private balcony through retractable sliding doors that let the ocean air in.
