Lantana House is quietly situated on the fringe of the village of Brinscall in the Borough of Chorley in Lancashire. It is a traditional designed bungalow, built in 1950. This superb home looks out onto the village cricket green and from the rear, picturesque views of Brinscall Woods, Great Hill, Winter Hill, Rivington and the West Pennine Moors. You may walk, run or cycle from the front or the rear gate into miles of upland moorlands, tree lined valleys, rivers and reservoirs.

It’s mainly quiet, with a good-sized private, south facing garden with views of fields behind, with access to country walks. You can arrive at your own time as you will be given a lock code so that you can let yourself in. The entire house will be yours to enjoy. The main bedroom has a double bed and there is also a double bed in the second bedroom. The third room has a desk and chair so can be used as a space for remote working. The house is ideally located as a base for exploring the various attractions in the north west of England.
