Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

Welcome to our brand new private studio. This tiny studio is perfect for a solo traveler. It has a private entry and is located behind a 1940 historical home in a quiet safe neighborhood. It has a sparkling clean bathroom and a kitchenette(no stove). The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, and single brew coffee dispenser. The space is for a single guest and furnished with a high quality twin size bed , a full size table, and a full size chest drawers.

This is a fully renovated 1 bedroom back house on the quiet hilltop. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-10 mins drive. Most appliances are new. Two 55" 4K TVs in the unit. The brand-new kitchen has a gas range, dishwasher, and island counter. The Central AC throughout the house. The house is gated with free parking. The washer and dryer are in the backyard and free to use. It's about 14 miles to LA downtown, 22 miles to Universal Studio, and 26 miles to Disneyland.

Welcome to our Private Entrance Bedroom in Alhambra. This guest suite is located in a quiet & peaceful neighborhood of Alhambra. It is a few blocks away from the busy commercial street with lot of restaurants and shopping areas. Private entrance, self check in. Free street parking provided. Please note: there is another completely separate guest room with separate entrance next to this room. If you are extremely sensitive/allergic to noise, this may not be the best option for you.

Sparkling Pool! 5 Bedroom 3 Bath Plus Game Room

A fun & relaxing getaway awaits in our home. There’s plenty of room for all with 6 beds, patio, game room, and a sparkling pool! The property has a main house & separate guest house. Enjoy dining outdoors and the fire pit. The sparkling pool is perfect for the warm CA weather. Optional heating for an additional $95 per day. Plus, we get decked out for the holidays from mid-November to mid-January. Be sure to reserve early because we tend to get booked out.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

Adorable Hillside Cabin

Charming detached, private, Guest Cabin available in Boyle Heights/City Terrace/near freeways. It's 7 minutes to the Arts District in DTLA, and adjacent to USC Medical Ctr and Cal State LA. This is an autonomous space on a large hillside property. Wifi and cable! The cabin is already sparkling clean, but in addition I will adhere strictly to the sanitizing and safety guidelines provided by Airbnb and the CDC.
