Large house with 2 masters suites. Modeled after HGTV Dream House 2015. Large piece of property near ocean and Edgartown center. Clean, sunny with a large custom table on screened in porch which is attached to gourmet kitchen- great area to watch the bunnies, turkeys, deer. Masters have own TVs and one has private deck. Outdoor shower, outdoor kitwo living rooms, each has a TV. Katama is the most requested area to rent - close to Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven. Bikes available as is bike trailer

Ultimate getaway house!!! Situated on Lagoon Pond in Oak Bluffs. Sleeps 10 people plus 2 in the optional guest cottage. The house is proximate to OB center - convenient for walking and bike riding. Beach access! The house boasts an outdoor pizza oven, outdoor nooks (hammocks!), and a spacious yard. There are amenities galore including, but not limited to: an outdoor shower, grill, board games, wifi, cable & roku, towels, linens, etc. 1 week min stay, with Sunday turnovers in July & August!

Walking distance to Lagoon Pond public beach. New kitchen, 2or3 bedrooms with queen beds, 2-3 baths with showers plus outdoor shower. Sleeping Loft with single bed. Walk or ride a bike to downtown Oak Bluffs. Back yard with sitting area, new covered porch/BBQ. Wifi/AC/laundry. No smoking in house. No pets. Images are a bit dated.
