Inside our spacious newly renovated Black Cottage, you have a small full kitchen with farmhouse sink, large fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, microwave, air fryer, and Nespresso. In the lounge area there’s a smart screen tv- Netflix . Through the slider barn door to a large bedroom with plush king bed, laden with luxury linen and a walk in wardrobe leaving you ample space,+ comfortable reading chair. Walk though to the walk in tile shower, handbasin and toilet- there is also a Laundry in your room.

Waipoua Lake House is a well-apportioned, recently renovated, light and bright bach in a peaceful location. You can kick back and relax with an easy stroll to the lake / boat ramp, lake front reserve or the local shops. “We had a great trip; it was a bonus that we could bring our furry friend Jack. Tidy fully fenced section and a cute home with everything we need.” All linen and cleaning is included ($100 per booking). Aranui Lake House is next door if you need more space - another listing.

Experience our bespoke, solar powered cabin, rustic but surrounded by nature. With an outdoor bath, ( not hot tub) overlooking the river. This private area is perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with yourself. Wear covering clothing outdoors for insects 15 minutes from Hobbiton, close to Te Waihou Blue spring and Waiwere falls. Arriving at night, follow the solar lights. Dogs are welcome but no aggressive dogs. Please take your waste with you, we have don’t have bins in rural areas.
