As your host, I've curated the space to reflect Birmingham and the apartment is personally managed, so you will always be in direct contact with me.

The Lake House is situated in suburban Solihull, within walking distance of pubs, a range of restaurants and cafes, as well as the train station to take you to Solihull, Birmingham, & Stratford Upon Avon. We’re about a 15 minute drive from the NEC, Resorts World and Birmingham Airport too, making it a perfect location if you’re visiting for gigs, shows, shopping or need a stopover before a flight. We’re on hand if you need anything as the Lake House is a self contained annexe next to our home.

For singles/couples looking for a semi rural one-bedroom cottage to escape to, with excellent motorway links, also popular with professionals seeking an alternative to a hotel room. The cottage was a stable back in the day when the house was named Horsley Cottage in the 1800's. The homestay includes a log burner, underfloor heating, microwave, slow cooker, coffee machine & bathroom. There is a dining table which could be used as a workspace, lounge & first floor bedroom. The property has a living room , bedroom with super king size bed, large bathroom with double shower and a kitchen area with everything you need for a short stay, such as toaster, fridge, kettle, microwave grill oven and Dolce Gusto coffee machine however there is no hob! There are lots of amazing restaurants in Henley in Arden to enjoy.
