There is plenty of storage space. Upon request, we are happy to provide an additional mattress. If you want to warm up something, you can do so in the kitchenette. The fireplace will provide you with a cozy warmth on cool evenings. In the courtyard, you will find a fire pit. Additionally, you can relax on the cozy terrace with a view of the azure sea, perfect for outdoor meals or relaxed evenings with a glass of wine. Enjoy luxurious comfort in every detail, from high-quality linens to fluffy towels. Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

"IL PODERACCIO" è un tipico casolare in pietra posto sulle colline che circondano il Lago Trasimeno immerso in una stupenda macchia mediterranea. Il fabbricato si sviluppa su due piani. La piscina ed il giardino fanno da cornice al tutto. Apertura Piscina dal 1 Maggio al 1 5 Ottobre. Si fa presente che in seguito alla emergenza COVID 19 per la pulizia e la sanificazione della casa sono state adottate tutte le direttive previste dalla normativa in merito.
