Follow the evolution of Madrid across 10 centuries with this architectural walking tour. We’ll trace the city’s transformation from a humble ninth-century village to the bustling metropolis of today. • Begin at the remnants of the city’s original walls, built in the ninth century when Spain was under Muslim rule. • Make our way to the 13th-century San Nicolás de Bari de los Servitas, Madrid’s oldest church, and see other surviving medieval buildings such as the 15th-century Torre de los Lujanes, which once housed the nobility. • Conclude our walk in the relative present—the grand, 18th-century Plaza Mayor. Throughout the tour, I’ll point out hidden treasures like a medieval door made out of wood and tombstones reused in unexpected ways. After the tour, we can continue the conversation over for a drink at a local bar. You’ll leave this journey with a sense of all the layers of history that lay just beneath Madrid’s modern surfaces.

You’ll learn the basics of screen printing and leave with a handmade souvenir capturing Kypseli’s charm. • At my workshop, Kypseli Print Studio, I’ll share an overview of the session and its connection to the neighborhood’s iconic doors. • Select a ready-made stencil featuring one of the doors, from Art Deco to modernist designs. I’ll guide you through the basics of ink application and the screen-printing process. • Create your own prints with your chosen design on a set of postcards with a colour of your choice. I’ll provide tips on how to print these designs well, achieving a clean, professional look. I'm a photographer who loves to travel and explore amazing places. In this experience, you will be able to reach Çeşme in the safest and cheapest way and collect unforgettable memories with professional photo shoots. I will pick you up from your hotel. Then we will go to Çeşme by My Car. Our first stop will be Çeşme Castle, we will be able to see the whole city from a bird's eye view and we will take great photos there. After visiting Çeşme, we will go to Alaçatı and take an incredible journey through the beautiful streets of Alaçatı. If you are interested in shopping I will take you to a great local market. and at the end of the tour we will have a cold drink and rest. Shape glass on the fringes of the colorful history of Lİkya

We invite you to embark on this adventure in a cool air-conditioned environment where you will shape the glass on the fringes of the colorful history of Lycia! As a professional glass artist, I'm offering you a unique workshop to create a new form by changing the structure of the Glass. The workshop takes 2,5 hours in total with breaks. Glass rods and glass tubes are our main material. I teach you how to control the gravity while melting the glass rods. Our furnace is called Salome, where the fire comes out. The culture and the geography I'm living in effects my art so the products of our workshop should be unique and specific to my culture. I will teach you to make evil eye bead, which is an eye-shaped glass bead believed to protect human beings from chemgoz in Anatolia. After explaining the classical bead making process, I will offer you the opportunity to personalize your bead. The second piece we'll do is a tear bottle. Tear bottles, one of the important glass pieces of the Roman period, are tiny bottles that Roman women filled with tears and gave to their lovers on their crusades. Blowing this piece with your own breath and then turning it into a tiny bottle is precious to take you into the old Lİkya. At the end of the workshop, you will have two objects that you can take home with you. We will have coffee and tea during the workshop.
