For rent a apartment in the luxurious quarter of Promenade houses! Modern living environment in the immediate vicinity of the sea, harbour and Old Town. The rooms are full of natural and different artificial lights. Temperature is adjustable in each room independently. Guests have access to a part of the roof terrace where they can enjoy the view. This romantic apartment has the best view in town. It is perfectly located near the harbour and only 2 min walk to old town. Grocery store about 300m, bakery shop 400m, restaurants 200m. Event center Kultuurikatel 3 min walk. Train station and renovated market and newest hipster area only one stop with a tram (or 10 min by walking). There are all the essentials You need for Your stay (linen and towels, kitchen ware, fridge and espresso/latte machine. Free parking on the street.

Modern, compact, very comfortable apartment in a quite and safe area. Just 3 min walk to Old Town (Fat Margaret’s Tower) ! Dining, arts and culture are within walking distance from my apartment, as well great views, beach, harbor and family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location, comfy beds, the kitchen and the cosines. Perfect location! New powerfull conditioner was just installed (February 2024). Heats in the cold season. Cools in the hot season.

Family friendly apartment in a recently renovated wooden-house right next to old-town. Great public transport connection with airport and bus station. Train station and harbor are both walking distance. And if you travel with car, there is free parking in backyard. Apartment is with two bedrooms, living room area with sofa bed, kitchen and big bathroom.
