Large Studio in a Castle with a private beach

The studio is located in the Chateau Salamon, which overlooks the Tarn river (or Lake of Lacroux) and benefits from an exceptional view. The omnipresent nature invites calm and relaxation. It has a private beach with pontoon and a "Jeu de boules" playground. Many activities: walks and hikes from the castle, canoes (included in the rental), fishing (with or without a fishing license), cultural visits, etc. Great attention has been paid to the pleasure, relaxation and aesthetics of the place.

Apres rénovationdu chateau de Candeze datant de 1480,situé dans un des plus beaux villages de France,nous avons réhabilité la partie basse du chateau,pour en faire un appartement de 100 m2 avec accès privée sur une des plus belle rue de ce village médiévale. Calme,repos,fraîcheur vous attende à l,intérieur ou dallage ancien,voûte en pierres,anciennes portes,meubles anciens créer le décor. Appartement spacieux avec une grande piece family room. Vous aurez accès a un grand parc attenant.

Logement voûté avec cour privative à Cabrières

Appartement voûté de 120 m2 composé d'une cuisine ouverte sur salle à manger et salon, de 2 grandes chambres attenantes, avec salle de bain et salle d'eau (chacune avec WC) et d'une cour privative. Situé dans le cœur d'un village au bord des garrigues, proche du pont du Gard (15mn gare TGV Nîmes Pont du Gard, 20mn des Arènes de Nîmes, 25mn Uzès, 45mn camargue et plages & Arles, Avignon, Montpellie a 1h). Accès à la piscine partagée avec ́les propriétaires de début Mai à fin Septembre.

The Castle has been fully renovated for the comfort required by the facilities for rural tourism, with 8 rooms, 5 with a double bed, and 3 with two single beds. You will be able to rest inside our 1890 modernist castle in a cozy ground floor apartment surrounded by a lovely wood, with pool, horses, kitchen garden, hens, tennis table & bikes. We will be delighted to have you staying in your part of the big house and sharing our pool. If we're there, we will love showing you around and recommending places to visit.
