Simply walk out of the driveway, turn left, left at the cross street, then right and you’ll be across the road from the famous donut van. Berry Village pool is also just a few minutes level walk away at the Showgrounds. Head out for a meal/drinks and not worry about driving home. 🥳💫

Perfect escape from Sydney or Canberra for couples or just yourself . Explore Bundanoon and the Southern Highlands. We are a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk from Bundanoon village. The studio is located on 96 acres so you can take a wander on the property and see cattle horses chooks or wild life . One pet allowed. Pet fee is $50 .

There is a wood fire & heaters. The shed is 80+ metres away from the 1880s farmhouse where we live & so you are far enough way to feel that you have the property to yourselves. There are dogs, alpacas, sheep. A wonderful farm stay property, a walk away into Robertson or a very short drive. @watershedrobertson

The River Stables

Located on the fringe of the Southern Highlands, these once functional horse stables have been tastefully transformed into studio accommodation for you to enjoy. Sleep in on our king-sized bed with fresh linens, or unwind in our oversized rain shower, or just tuck up on the lounge and watch some telly. Out on the deck, watch ducks land on the river or have a long soak in our fire tub. With nods to its past occupants, you won't forget your time spent at The River Stables.

After a long break from Airbnb where Bowral Barn has undergone an extensive renovation, and has been a much-loved family home, it is now available for short or medium-term rental. Bowral Barn is a stylishly renovated 1880s milking dairy, converted to a 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom, weatherboard family home with beautiful features and only minutes from the Bowral township. The Barn accommodates up to 11 people across 6 bedrooms, and features multiple living spaces across 3 levels.

Little Shed on Woodhill

For those longing for a country escape with the comforts of city living, Little Shed sits mountain-side just 5km out of Berry township. A true farm-stay, gaze upon paddocks, bushland and the sea; or catch a glimpse of our roaming Scottish Highlander Cattle. Soak up the view, visit the famous Seven-mile Beach and return for a night by the fireplace. If you derive comfort from the country, Susie the Goat and Stephanie the Deer will be there to greet you, any time of the day.

Black Barn Bowral is a fully renovated barn with private entrance and sweeping views over the Southern Highlands. It is located next to the historic Alderley Edge and only a 3-minute drive to Bowral. The property has been lovingly restored by Collette Dinnigan and features unique pieces throughout each corner of the barn from her travels around the world. We are pleased to announce offering our guests complimentary EV charging while 'in-residence'.
