Dream Bungalow

Our cozy, simple bungalow is located right on the beautiful Marakoliya beach. Inside, you'll find a triple room, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and seating on the terrace. You can use the pool at the nearby resort for a fee. The bungalow is situated in a peaceful location in Tangalle. Within walking distance, you'll find plenty of restaurants, a market, shops, and a supermarket. A safe swimming spot is just a 10-minute walk away in a natural bay or near the breakwater.

New 2BD house in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

Our homes were designed to give a sense of privacy and space, bringing you close to nature to rest and be inspired by. Kabalana beach is a 5min walk away.
