This home accommodates multiple families with en suite bathrooms in 3 of the bedrooms, a bunkroom, and a secondary living room & kitchenette. Welcome to the perfect Outer Banks escape with a short walk to two beach accesses, an outdoor shower, plenty of deck space to watch the sunrise or simply curl up with a good book, and a private hot tub to wind down after a day in the sun.

Sunrise Surf House is right across the street from the ocean, with great views! The access to the ocean is only 2 houses away. Our large pool will have free heat starting the end of April -mid October. . We also have a 6 person hot tub on the pool deck, closed Jan/Feb. Family and dog friendly! (See House Rules). We are centrally located 3 houses away from Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center, where you can walk to dining, pizza, ice cream, shopping, and even an escape room.

This is a 3 bed (2 kings 1 queen) and 3 full bath condo. This is a single floor plan on the top floor. There are elevators at the condominium.
