Welcome to "Seas the Bay 2" this charming 2 bedroom cottage offers stunning views of Kitty Hawk Bay from the house, deck, & private dock. Just 5 min from the beach, local food, & nightlife. Our dock on the bay is a perfect place to enjoy sunrises and sunsets on the water. This listing is for 4 guests, perfect for couples, small family, or friends. Another airbnb rental cottage is on the same property to the right, there is shared parking and dock access but no living spaces shared.

Sunrise Surf House is right across the street from the ocean, with great views! The access to the ocean is only 2 houses away. Our large pool will have free heat starting the end of April -mid October. . We also have a 6 person hot tub on the pool deck, closed Jan/Feb. Family and dog friendly! (See House Rules). We are centrally located 3 houses away from Southern Shores Crossing Shopping Center, where you can walk to dining, pizza, ice cream, shopping, and even an escape room.

This delightful cottage is sure to be a family favorite. It has sweeping ocean views from almost every room in the house. Its rooms are bright and airy with beautiful artwork spread throughout. This home has been in our family for 50 years and we have always felt that it is the perfect beach cottage. This summer we installed a pool and couldn't ask for anything more. It truly is the icing on the cake! A perfect place to come and relax on a summer vacation.

A 15-minute bike ride into the town of Duck (2 bikes provided) will provide an afternoon of shopping, dining and drinking with your friends, with out the headache of traffic and parking.

Original 1954 Southern Shores flat top which has been completely renovated. You will have the entire first floor. Owners added a second story and reside upstairs. Very private with a separate entry. Just a short walk of 1/4 mile to the beach. House includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, full kitchen and covered front porch. 50 inch tv with roku, WiFi. There is a private back yard and an outside shower. 2 parking spaces for guests.
