This is a true {mid-century modern} historic and classic cottage. It was built in 1956 by Frank Stick. Frank was a local artist and developer and started the “flat-top” movement in Southern Shores. Grocery stores, restaurants and bars are all close by. There are bikes available in the shed out back to take a pleasant evening ride.
