Ever pondered what it would be like to live in a 1901 home? Come stay in the nicest area of historic district. Stroll through history 3 blocks to get to the River Walk & downtown. 20 min drive to beach. Blocks from many wedding venues, Brooklyn Arts District, Convention Center, Microbreweries, wine bars and Local art galleries. Downstairs is decorated with modern mid century upscale furnishings. Welcome to The Loft at Sycamore Bend! A loft apartment renovated in 2022 is located above the garage of a lovely historic property in Wilmington! Just a few miles drive to the beach, this gorgeous light filled space is the perfect spot for your next trip! Enjoy your coffee while watching the horses or possibly a wedding on the pastures and near the stable across the yard. There is a desk space for working, a large screen TV, and a small kitchenette. The owners live nearby.

The Garden District Flat

We lived in this cute historic home for over a year and loved it! If you're looking for new and perfect, this is not it. It is a cool old house in a neat location. In the morning you can walk to breakfast at Jesters and take a peaceful stroll at night to the riverfront or historic downtown with restaurants and bars. Private second floor duplex -walk to downtown (10min walk) -near a Jester's breakfast -back deck -Wrightsville beach 20 min -Carolina beach 30 min.

Charming waterfront private entrance 1 bedroom apartment. Just a block and a half from the beach, and right on the water! Feel free to use the tiki bar and deck and hot tub. Use of bikes, kayaks and soft top surfboards available upon request. We live upstairs and may be able to provide a free surf lesson when we are free The home is 1.5 blocks away from the ocean. Pets are welcome with owner permission and a $25/pet fee
