The green room has entertainment and various activities or chill on the veranda for a quiet night with a glass of wine. A short drive away from the beach, and there are some nice walking routes on the island. If you're feeling hungry, there are some lovely pubs serving great food at good price.

Middle Barn is a cosy, compact detached barn set in the grounds of a country house near Chichester (the sister property to Little Barn). Middle barn is designed for 4 people. The Barn has a well equipped, open plan kitchen, sitting room with wood burning stove, TV, wifi, dining room. Snuggle up & watch the the herd of wild deer grazing nearby. Stay in late summer & you may be lucky enough to watch the young fawns playing while you enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast.

A perfect location to meet family and friends for that special event. Enjoy views over Chichester Harbour, to the Witterings, Chichester Cathedral, the South Downs etc. Wittering Sands is on the lagoon facing Hayling Island Sailing Club, a 5 minute walk. Eastoke beach & Sandy Point Nature Reserve are very close. Sparkes Marina with bar & restaurant is a short stroll away. The house has 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and separate WC and lots of living space.
