Steps outside the maritime village of SW Harbor with semi-private ocean access, seaglass beach, dock, firepit, and a short walk to all village amenities: the town pier, local bars, restaurants with live outdoor music overlooking the marina, & a private charter on a wooden Friendship sloop.

Beachfront Guest Cottage - Year-round Hot Tub!

Our cozy guest cottage has easy beachfront/kayak/canoe access (if you bring your own) and is located very close (within walking distance at low tide) to the public boat launch for larger boats. Great location to explore Deer Isle, Acadia (approx 1hr), Castine (45m), and the Bangor (1hr) area. Brave children and adults even swim from the beach but comfortable swimming ponds/lakes are 10m in several directions. The hot-tub is open year-round! Additional guests can be considered prior to booking.

The woods have been carefully groomed to open views of the cove framed with beautiful granite ledges. A short distance to Hancock Point and the amenities it has to offer.

If you are looking for a place to get away and relax, our house on Molasses Pond may be a good fit for you/your family. It is a hidden gem down a dirt road away from hustle and bustle. Peace and quiet is what you’ll find, along with a gorgeous view. It’s a great place for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, grilling, fishing, and laying on the hammock. We try to provide you with all the necessities you may need and are happy to answer any questions. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Sealport Ocean Cottage is a magical place with sparkly days and starry nights! Beautiful ocean views of Seal Cove, Blue Hill Bay on the "Quietside" of this island. Rustic, family owned for 60+ years, this comfy, quiet summer only cottage is all yours to enjoy sunsets, days on the porch, woods and seashore near Acadia National Park. Weekly rentals Saturday to Saturdays only: check-in 4pm or later, check-out 10am, with 5 safety hours between guests for professional cleanings, relax & enjoy!

Beachfront Pet Friendly Tiny Home[Shoreline Bliss]

Shoreline Bliss is a 272sq ft Tiny Home that is just set back from the Atlantic Ocean on the Quietside of Mount Desert Island. This unit allows Pets and has a large deck for guests to relax outside! **2026 Update** The Bathroom has been renovated and there is no longer a restriction or tight space around the toilet area, please refer to updated photos. Several access points to Acadia National Park less than 5 miles away; downtown Bar Harbor is a 25 minute drive. The cottage is ideal for couples or families with supervised children.
