A newly updated and self-contained annexe apartment with a private entrance leading to a good sized kitchenette and sitting area, with table, chairs and TV. The large private bathroom has a full size bath and separate shower, whilst the bedroom has a king sized bed, wardrobe and tv, There is hi speed wifi throughout. Outside there's a screened patio area for guests with picnic table, room for bike storage and a parking space (there also an electric vehicle charging point for use by arrangement).

There are great bars and restaurants around the corner, or, if you fancy a stroll along the famous promenade, the heart of Brighton is twenty minutes away. Guests say they love my place for its character, its high ceilings, and its location. It's popular with couples on a romantic break, and people visiting friends or family in the city. Parking for a small additional cost subject to availability.

Jellybean- cutest mini houseboat retreat ever!

'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high. She is perfectly formed and has all you need to switch off and relax!. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and Shoreham by Sea, Worthing and Brighton are all easily accessible. Jellybean is an ideal safe space for solo travellers or couples searching for a peaceful retreat

The room has Wi-Fi, a King size bed, cotton bedding, new mattress & fluffy towels. The ensuite has a lovely electric shower with rain shower head. We provide a cool box with chilled water, milk, tea, coffee, porridge pots & biscuits. We are in a quiet, safe area. The seafront is a 5 minute walk and there's regular buses into town a minute walk away.

The Cosy Studio newly decorated in farrow ball paint, might be very compact in size, but it makes up for it’s superb location to enjoy Hove beach, rentable bicycles available 2 mins walk away, water sports, paddle courts to rent . Cafe in same road as the airbnb, cafés and bars. The studio is very well-equipped and has been recently redecorated in 2023. It's an ideal holiday alternative to a hotel room. Available for 3 nights+ and reduced rates for longer stays.

We are situated in a lovely area 3minutes from the train station it’s about 5 stops into Brighton and takes about 12 minutes . We have a shopping square over the road , you can get everything you need there. We are a 5 minute walk to a beach with great cafes . A dog friendly park is just a stroll up the road. The annex is self contained with own front door,double bed,shower, towels. Microwave oven,compact fridge,washing machine ,parking on-drive.Tea&coffee.
