This gorgeous cottage is the perfect base for you to explore all of Brighton's delights! Set in an excellent location in the cool and vibrant North Laine, you are close to a wonderful selection of pubs, cafes and restaurants as well as great shops to explore. Everyone is super friendly and there's always a lovely chilled vibe! When you're not out and about, the cottage has everything you need to relax. Catch some rays on the sunny terrace or chill out with Netflix using the Smart Projector.

Hidden Oasis, 5 Mins From Beach + 2 Roof Terraces

Situated in the perfect location just moments from the beach this hidden oasis is surrounded by local cafes', restaurants, boutiques and bakeries; and is a short stroll into central Brighton. The house boasts two sunny roof terraces, perfect for dining in the sun! I'm always happy to help, please contact me with your requirements and I will do everything I can to assist you. Please note the Airbnb is situated next to a lovely pub. It's mostly quiet but very occasionally they can make noise.

Little house on the hill

My terraced cottage is located in Hanover where the streets are full of colourful houses. There are lots of local pubs serving delicious food. It is only a short walk from the famous Laines, the beach and station. I have a small courtyard where you can sit and listen to the seagulls. Parking is tricky but I can help out with recommendations and there is always space to park to drop off bags at the house. There is no television but good wifi. No parties here, my neighbours are too precious!

The Granary Barn Conversion Sussex Countryside

A tranquil place to unwind with family and friends. The Granary is a well loved converted barn in rural Sussex. It is in the village of Fulking, six miles inland from the coast and Brighton in a stunning setting by the South Downs National Park. It has four and half acres of maintained gardens. It sleeps eight and the full height two story sitting room and a large and homely kitchen provide the perfect place for family gatherings or groups. There is plenty on offer nearby as well.

Next to a pub which does stay open late and often has live music on which should be a factor if bringing young children,the house is only one-minute's walk from the train station and a stone's throw from seafront
